We are looking for energetic, customer‑focused Crew Members to join our vibrant organization. If you enjoy bantering with people, learning our business, and taking pride in delivering exceptional sub sandwiches, this role may be for you.

Primary responsibilities include creating food that meets our high quality standards, maintaining a clean workspace, working in a fast‑paced team environment, multitasking with urgency, interfacing with customers to provide an exceptional experience, and fully understanding our accountability and information policies.

• High school degree or equivalent.
• 1 year QSR experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer.
• Serve Safe Certification – Food Handler.
• Must have reliable transportation.

• Excellent menu and product knowledge with an awesome personality.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Desire to improve self and skill sets.
• Effective communication with guests; great personality.
• Participation in all Jersey Mike's training programs.
• Reliability in meeting scheduling requirements.
