Front-of-House Restaurant Manager

Green Mill is looking for an experienced, energetic, and hands-on Front of House Manager to join our St. Cloud team. We recently finished up a major dining room and bar renovation and are busier than ever! As a FOH Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences every shift. You’ll coach and develop team members, maintain service standards, and ensure smooth daily operations while building a positive and motivated culture. This is a part-time hourly role.

• Lead and support servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff
• Ensure outstanding guest service and handle guest concerns professionally
• Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and labor goals
• Train and develop team members to Green Mill standards
• Oversee daily cash handling and shift reporting
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
• Collaborate with BOH management to ensure seamless operations
• Support local marketing initiatives and community engagement

• 2+ years of restaurant management or strong FOH leadership experience
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and coach a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
