• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the service standard and creating a welcoming guest experience.
• Greet guests, assist with needs, and solve issues to improve their experience.
• Be knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services to solve issues and promote offerings.
• Explain and assist with Target Loyalty programs as needed.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with safety standards.
• Minimize guest wait time while maintaining service quality and accuracy.
• Explain and help guests use the Target App features and Order Pick-Up/Drive Up options; enroll guests as appropriate.
• Handle returns per policy and escalate to leaders when needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and stock supplies during store hours.
• Support guest services such as order pick up and drive-up while complying with laws and policies.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Effective communication and a welcoming attitude toward guests and team members.
• Attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, and willingness to educate guests about products and services.
• Ability to operate handheld scanners and other technology; work independently and as part of a team.
• Capable of remaining focused in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks within time frames.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance is essential.
