Must be flexible to work between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., Monday-Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sundays. Availability for two weekends per month is required, with three preferred. Average hours are 15-20 per week.

Earn an average of $17-20 per hour, combining hourly pay and commissions.

• Greet customers courteously and with a smile.
• Increase personal sales by meeting goals and providing excellent customer service.
• Promote the Scheels Visa Rewards card and explain its benefits.
• Assist customers in making buying decisions and demonstrate product knowledge.
• Attend all product training and store meetings.
• Maintain a professional appearance on the sales floor.
• Help with freight and stocking as needed.
• Perform basic math and interpret data as required.

High school diploma or GED preferred, with 1-3 months of sales experience beneficial.

Ability to sit, stand, bend, climb, reach, lift up to 100 pounds, and perform other physical tasks with or without accommodations.
