Compensation: $42,+/year (includes hourly pay and commissions) depending on experience.
ScheduleMust be flexible to work between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., Monday-Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sundays. Availability for two weekends per month is required, three preferred. Average hours per week: 40.
Responsibilities- Meet or exceed personal sales goals while providing excellent customer service.
- Answer questions about merchandise, location, and pricing.
- Follow customer requests and safety requirements.
- Analyze reports for inventory purchasing, merchandising, and sales trends.
- Stock shelves and set up promotional displays.
- Communicate professionally with vendors and outside sales reps.
- Train associates on product knowledge.
- Participate in weekly sales and training meetings.
- Maintain a professional appearance and contribute positively to the team.
- Read and interpret safety and operational documents.
- Perform basic math operations and present information effectively.
- Work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Promote Scheels Visa Rewards card and explain benefits.
- Genuinely treat co-workers, customers, and partners with respect and courtesy.
- Approach tasks with energy and urgency.
- Develop expertise and demonstrate knowledge.
- Show respect and appreciation for others.
- Arrive early for work and meetings.
- Help others proactively, demonstrating a team mentality.

High school diploma or GED, 1-3 months related experience or training, or equivalent.
Physical RequirementsAble to sit, stand, bend, climb, lift up to 100 pounds, and perform physical tasks with or without accommodation.
