Compensation: $42,+/year (includes hourly pay and commissions) depending on experience.

Must be flexible to work between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., Monday-Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sundays. Availability for two weekends per month is required, three preferred. Average hours per week: 40.

• Meet or exceed personal sales goals while providing excellent customer service.
• Answer questions about merchandise, location, and pricing.
• Follow customer requests and safety requirements.
• Analyze reports for inventory purchasing, merchandising, and sales trends.
• Stock shelves and set up promotional displays.
• Communicate professionally with vendors and outside sales reps.
• Train associates on product knowledge.
• Participate in weekly sales and training meetings.
• Maintain a professional appearance and contribute positively to the team.
• Read and interpret safety and operational documents.
• Perform basic math operations and present information effectively.
• Work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Promote Scheels Visa Rewards card and explain benefits.

High school diploma or GED, 1-3 months related experience or training, or equivalent.

Able to sit, stand, bend, climb, lift up to 100 pounds, and perform physical tasks with or without accommodation.
