• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests during daily tasks and engaging to solve their needs.
• Communicate promotions, store activities, and events; be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to resolve guest issues.
• Explain and promote Target Loyalty programs; assist with sign-up as needed.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with safety standards; minimize guest wait time without compromising service and accuracy.
• Explain how to use features within the Target App, including Wallet, and how to enroll in Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering.
• Assist with returns following register prompts; collaborate with leaders as needed while following Target policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area; stock supplies during store hours while remaining available to guests.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as order pick up, drive-up, and returns, complying with applicable laws and regulations.
• Perform additional duties based on business needs.

• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally without assistance; standard checkout and stocking duties apply.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stay mobile during shifts; work in varying temperatures and conditions as required for duties like Drive-Up and carryout.
