Personal Shopper Lead – Sam’s Club
CompensationBase pay range: $20.00/hr - $28.00/hr
Position SummaryAs a Personal Shopper Lead, you will supervise associates, assign duties, train and coach staff, and ensure member complaints are resolved according to company guidelines. You will maintain safety compliance, support ecommerce and pickup operations, improve process efficiencies, provide member service, manage merchandise presentation, and uphold company policies and ethics while fostering teamwork and a culture of belonging.
Responsibilities• Supervise and provide guidance to associates in the assigned area of responsibility.
• Assign duties, communicate goals and give feedback.
• Train associates on processes and procedures.
• Resolve member complaints and issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and open‑door policy.
• Recruit, hire, schedule, and coach associates.
• Conduct safety sweeps and enforce hazardous material handling.
• Oversee ecommerce program operations, audit customer feedback, resolve complaints, and identify trends.
• Train and support associates for e‑commerce and pickup programs.
• Execute pickup plans, audit orders, and maintain equipment readiness.
• Evaluate and improve performance metrics and processes.
• Promote compliance with ethics, integrity, and the Open‑Door policy.
• Lead teams, coordinate work assignments, and adapt to new challenges.
• Foster belonging and respect for all team members.
• Promote the discipline of integrity and ethical accountability across the organization.
• Deliver customer‑centric results and continuously improve with new technologies.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Able to complete all required trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period.
- Primary location: 207 County Road 120, Saint Cloud, MN 56303‑4872, USA.
- Experience in retail merchandising, customer service, or leadership roles.
