Neuroscience Sales Specialist – St. Cloud, MN

The Neuroscience Sales Specialist – II will oversee sales performance in a designated territory, ensuring compliance, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and driving revenue growth. The role includes developing local business plans, managing budgets, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
Responsibilities- Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding forecasts within assigned territory, calling on HCP offices and mental health community centres both in person and virtually, following compliance guidelines.
- Utilize assigned budgets to achieve territory objectives, customizing discussions to meet each customer’s needs in a compliant and ethical manner.
- Maintain a current understanding of the local market, practice structures, evolving customer needs, and key influencers, sharing insights with internal stakeholders.
- Provide input into resource allocation decisions across customers and region, selecting appropriate programs and resources for each account.
- Collaborate with the Regional Business Manager and stakeholders to develop a local business plan that meets all goals, leveraging formulary approvals and other opportunities.
- Work with other Neuroscience Sales Specialists to share best practices and achieve common objectives.
- Maintain accurate administrative records of work hours, sales call data, customer objectives, communication responses, sample, and expense reporting.
- Inform and build a comprehensive business plan based on customer needs, resources, and product offerings.
- Complete all company and role‑related training within required timelines.
- 2+ years of sales experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics, or medical device sales (3+ years in specialty pharmaceuticals preferred).
- Experience selling launch, antipsychotic, and/or bipolar products preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
- Strong passion for improving patient lives and commitment to patient‑centricity.
- High integrity and strict adherence to the company’s compliance policies.
- Self‑motivation, initiative, entrepreneurial spirit, and strong decision‑making judgment.
- Track record of adapting to evolving environments (e.g., Covid‑19) and overcoming obstacles.
- Adaptability to virtual/telemedicine environments.
- Analytical ability to assess progress, diagnose performance issues, and identify new opportunities.
- Experience establishing new customer relationships and communicating technical information to diverse audiences.
- Availability for meetings outside normal working hours and domestic travel as required.
- Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
Salary: $98,000 – $155,000 annually.
Travel:
Domestic travel to corporate headquarters, training, and sales meetings; overnight travel may be required depending on geography.
