We are seeking a Professional with long-term career aspirations to help drive our growth. This person will be responsible for generating $mm + in annual sales with compensation based on a draw salary and significant commission opportunity.

• Meet unit and margin sales goals
• Provide superior selling experience for customers
• Learn company culture & project this in all interactions
• Develop technical knowledge of hot tubs (and related items), water chemistry, etc.
• Contribute to overall efforts of Midnight Sun Pools n’ Spas and other team members
• Project a professional demeanor at all times

• Specific experience in the hot tub industry is not a requirement as we will provide various technical training opportunities.
• Experience selling high-end products in an educational format
• Very smart, quick witted, honest, coachable, logical thinking
• Proficiency with computers, Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Highly organized with exceptional ability to multi-task
• Possess empathy & problem solving ability
• High-Energy, personable, friendly, persuasive, and goal oriented

Recently we were awarded Jacuzzi Premium Hot Tubs Dealer of the year worldwide! Our industry leading website (), advertising campaigns, and reputation drive our showroom traffic. We sell products people enjoy & provides significant health benefits. Our customers come to us seeking advice and assistance, hence we are highly educational in our showrooms.

We are members of the industries most powerful buying group which enables us to negotiate direct with each manufacturer and buy in volume during the early buy season – directly this will help you sell. We are positioned extremely well against the competition including the internet!

• Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
• Record customer information within our customer service database
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
