Responsibilities

What does an Accessory Technician do?

• Installing different types of OEM or aftermarket vehicle accessories
• Light duty fabrication and/or electrical work
• Assemble and disassemble components as needed
• Light vehicle maintenance when there are no accessory installs

Qualifications

• Must be a “team player”
• Must be reliable and on time
• Exceptional ability to learn and grow
• Amazing work ethic
• Detail oriented
• Ability to learn from veteran staff
• Outstanding ability to work with a team and take direction
• Ability and willingness to adopt modern technology and take additional duties
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in use of basic computer and phone systems
• Ability to bend, move, lift and physically perform duties in the scope of this position.
• Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record

Good to Know Before You Start!

• Be prepared to work 40 hours per week
• Team players only! You will work with multiple departments and many different people.
• Know your work makes a difference! Great customer experiences only happen if you timely complete jobs correctly the first time.
• You will have support! We have a veteran staff to teach and assist.
• You may be asked to perform other duties. With additional responsibilities comes additional pay.
• Must be adaptive to and embrace change
• Basic computer skills are required as we rely on very little paper.
• Physical labor, lifting, carrying, bending and standing during your shift.
