Plumbing Service Apprentice

Looking for an opportunity to learn a skilled trade while working alongside experienced professionals? Augusta Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning is hiring a full-time Plumbing Service Apprentice in St. Cloud, MN.

This is a hands-on position where you'll learn plumbing installation, service, troubleshooting, and repair while gaining the real-world experience needed to grow your career.

You’ll work directly with a skilled Plumbing Technician and assist with daily plumbing service work. As you gain experience, you’ll learn how to:

• Assist with plumbing installations and repairs.
• Troubleshoot plumbing systems and identify potential issues.
• Learn proper plumbing service techniques and procedures.
• Follow company service protocols and operating systems.
• Work safely and efficiently on customer jobs.
• Cross-train with our HVAC team when needed.

Requirements include:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools.
• Ability to read a measuring tape.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, crawl, and work in various positions for extended periods.
• Ability to regularly lift 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 100 lbs.

Starting pay: $19.00–$23.00 per hour
