• Print load summaries for all crews and drivers.
• Troubleshoot logistics challenges, ensuring seamless load management.
• Coordinate with Fleet for vehicle maintenance after hours.
• Maintain meticulous tracking of trailer locations.
• Ensure trucks are loaded within weight restrictions and DOT hours, complying with transportation laws.
• Plan and communicate loading for new accounts, assist with rerouting.
• Support the Dispatch Manager and participate in training.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• 1-3 years of experience in Warehouse or Logistics (preferred).
• Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining professionalism.
• Basic math and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to learn new software as needed.
• Analytical decision‑making ability.
• Forklift certification (optional).

Senior level:
Entry level.
