Spee Dee Delivery is a family‑owned and operated company founded in 1978 by Donald and Sylvia Weeres. The company specializes in standard next‑day ground delivery. The corporate headquarters and main sorting facility are located in St. Cloud, MN. Over 1,800 employees work across the Midwest.

Part‑time Route Driver responsible for representing the company while making deliveries and picking up freight.

• 7:30 AM start time, completion of route.
• 2-3 days per week, 8-10 hour shifts each day.
• Starting wage: $20.00-$24.00 per hour, based on experience.
• Under 21: $19.00-$21.00 per hour, based on experience.

• Deliver and pick up freight in a timely manner from customers and shippers.
• Inspect and report any mechanical problems with the vehicle.
• Load the truck in an organized manner to effectively use space and prevent damage to packages.
• Collect payments for certain packages delivered.
• Verify the content of pickups on shipping papers.
• Notify management of any problems or discrepancies.
• Maintain professional personal appearance as well as cleanliness of vehicle.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Ability to operate a manual transmission, or have the willingness to learn.
• Possess good customer service and can work independently.

• At least 21 years of age.
• Hold a valid Driver's License with a good driving record which meets company standards.

• Ability to pass a DOT physical exam.
• Ability to bend, lift, twist, climb stairs while moving freight on and off company vehicle.
• Ability to lift and move freight weighing up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to work with all types of freight, including hazardous materials, perishable food, alcohol, firearms, ammunition, and live animals.
