Route Delivery Representative (No nights or weekends, No CDL required)

Join Mills Automotive Group in the St. Cloud, MN area as a Route Delivery Representative. This role focuses on delivering automotive parts along a predetermined route while providing exceptional customer service.

• Loading and unloading automotive parts and safely operating a parts delivery vehicle.
• Delivering automotive parts to customers on schedule and in a timely manner.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
• Calling on and establishing new customer accounts.
• Maintaining detail-oriented paperwork accuracy.
• Communicating with customers, warehouse team, and other team members to ensure accurate and efficient deliveries.
• Ensuring safe driving throughout each workday, adhering to traffic laws and preventing accidents.
• Working independently without direct supervision and staying productive throughout the day.
• Maintaining a neat and professional appearance that represents the company.
• Handling physical tasks up to 100 lbs, including standing, sitting, carrying, lifting, twisting, kneeling, and squatting.

• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• DOT Health Card or ability to obtain one.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.

This position is paid on a commission/incentive-based Pay Plan. The compensation includes an annual base salary of $42k
* AND* additional incentives for key metrics such as Guest Service, miles driven, and pieces delivered. There is no limit or cap on incentive amounts.
