Fulfillment Package Handler

The Fulfillment Package Handler will distribute materials, supplies, and finished products to designated locations within the fulfillment center.

• Monday—Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• Up to 5 hours of overtime may be expected each week
• Paid overtime at time-and-a-half after 40 hours per week
• Pay range: $18.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience

• Load, unload, and move palletized freight by hand and with manual or power pallet jacks
• Un-palletize and sort freight according to product type and/or destination
• Scan barcode labels of packages for tracking and billing purposes
• Stack freight onto pallets in a manner to prevent damage and utilize space efficiently
• Secure palletized freight prior to shipment using shrink‑wrap machines
• Assist in the process of picking product according to customer requests
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations; report any unsafe acts to management
• Perform light custodial duties to maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment
• Perform other required duties as assigned

• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1+ year of experience in distribution or transportation industry preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively and up to 100 pounds occasionally
• Ability to spend a minimum of 8 hours on your feet
• Ability to bend, lift, twist, carry, and slide freight in the warehouse
• Ability to work with all types of freight, including hazardous material, perishable food and alcohol, firearms, ammunition, and live animals
