This is an on-site, full-time role for a Volunteer Driver Manager located in St. Cloud, MN. The Volunteer Driver Manager will oversee the daily operations and coordination of volunteer drivers, manage transportation schedules, and ensure reliable and efficient fleet management. The individual will also provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders and maintain effective communication to support the team's operations.

Key responsibilities include optimizing driver routes, ensuring compliance with safety and organizational policies, and maintaining accurate records.

• Proficiency in Operations Management and Transportation Management, with the ability to organize and streamline logistics effectively.
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication for engaging with drivers, team members, and stakeholders.
• Experience in Fleet Management to oversee vehicle maintenance and scheduling.
• Highly organized with excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Experience in supervising teams or managing volunteers is a plus.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for scheduling and fleet management.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to meet any required qualifications for the role.
