Take the next step in your career with this exciting opportunity! Doherty Staffing Solutions is currently partnering with a leading company located in St. Cloud, MN. We are seeking candidates for a Warehouse Supervisor role on the 1st shift. Compensation for this direct hire opportunity ranges between $65,200-$85,200 per year, depending on skills and experience. Hours will be day shift however you will work Friday-Tuesday.

What you will do as a Warehouse Supervisor:

• Supervise and support warehouse employees in order picking, storage, and shipping
• Monitor and improve productivity, quality, and overall efficiency
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and security policies are followed at all times
• Train, develop, and evaluate team members; handle discipline and performance reviews
• Conduct daily shift meetings and communicate goals and updates
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance with company and government regulations
• Assist with workforce planning, scheduling, and placement of staff during shifts
• Communicate issues, improvements, and operational needs to warehouse management
• Manage a team of 30 direct reports, jump into day to day tasks as necessary

What you need to be a Warehouse Supervisor:

• 1–2 years of warehouse and/or supervisory experience (grocery warehouse preferred)
• Strong communication, leadership, and computer skills
• Forklift or warehouse equipment certification preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
