Position: Maintenance Specialist for Extrusion Equipment

In this role, you'll be responsible for conducting routine predictive and preventative maintenance on our extrusion equipment and tools. You'll collaborate with other departments to enhance safety and operational standards while engaging with OEMs for equipment modifications. Your technical proficiency in hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems will be crucial for diagnosing malfunctions and executing repairs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct preventative maintenance on machinery and tools

• Engage with OEM for machinery modifications

• Interpret technical manuals and schematics for repairs

• Maintain records using Computerized Maintenance Management System

• Support inventory management for maintenance supplies

Requirements:

• Associate degree in maintenance or mechanical engineering

• Certification in maintenance technology is a plus

• Proven experience in machinery maintenance

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes

• Good physical condition for lifting heavy equipment
