The Role , Your
Impact
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the
Electromechanical Technician will be responsible for ensuring the
proper operation and preventive maintenance of equipment,
including:
Interpreting drawings, specifications, and technical
documentation;
Using measuring instruments;
Performing lubrication operations;
Carrying out disassembly, installation, and
adjustment of shafts, bearings, and bushings;
Maintaining and repairing motion transmission and
conversion components and systems;
Maintaining and repairing industrial pumps and
motors;
Assembling, maintaining, and repairing hydraulic and
pneumatic systems;
Applying logical troubleshooting and diagnostic
methods;
Troubleshooting automated systems;
Performing cutting, welding, machining, and grinding
work;
Troubleshooting industrial
equipment;
Designing or modifying industrial
equipment;
Adjusting industrial equipment during
production;
Performing any other related
duties. Your Qualifications for the
Position Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS/DEP) in
Electromechanics, Industrial Mechanics, or another relevant
field;
Experience in electromechanics within an industrial
environment (food manufacturing experience is considered an
asset);

Experience with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic,
and hydraulic systems;
Welding experience with TIG, MIG, and Arc welding
(asset).
