Part-Time Videographer / Editor — Visionary Studios, Milwaukee, WI

Visionary Studios is a Milwaukee-based, video-first creative agency producing high-end commercial work for brands across the Midwest and beyond. Our projects range from broadcast TV spots and brand films to social content, digital ads, and event coverage. We’re a small, collaborative team that values strong storytelling, creative execution, and people who take pride in their work. We’re growing and looking for a motivated creative to join our team part-time, with a clear path toward full-time employment and increased compensation.

We’re seeking a Videographer / Editor who is comfortable behind the camera, in the edit, and on set. You’ll support a wide range of projects including social media content, events, branded videos, and commercial productions. You don’t need to know everything on day one — but you do need to be dependable, curious, and eager to improve your craft.

• Filming and editing short-form social content
• Assisting on commercial and brand video shoots
• Capturing photo and video at events
• Editing video projects from rough cut to final delivery
• Supporting creative production needs as projects evolve

• Experience with video and/or photo production
• Confidence working independently and with a team
• Strong motivation and willingness to learn
• Basic editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop experience is a plus, not required)
• Good communication and time-management skills
• Comfortable filming people, environments, and real-world scenarios

• Premiere Pro editing experience
• Photoshop or Lightroom experience
• Experience filming social or branded content
• Familiarity with cameras, lighting, or audio equipment

• $20/hour starting (part-time)
