Caregiver – Part-Time (St. Francis, WI)

Assisting Hands Home Care – Central Milwaukee

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to provide in-home support for one of our valued clients in St. Francis, WI. This role is ideal for caregivers who are patient, attentive, and committed to helping clients remain safe and comfortable in their own homes.

📅 Schedule:
Monday
6:00 PM – 9:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Assist with bathing and showering
• Support with dressing and personal grooming
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with incontinence care
• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Prepare meals as needed
• Assist with grocery shopping and errands
• Schedule and coordinate appointments with physicians and labs
• Provide transportation services as required
• Ensure a safe and clean home environment
• Assist with mobility and client weight as needed
• Use a Hoyer lift safely (experience required)
• Be comfortable around household cats

Requirements:

• Prior caregiving experience preferred
• Experience with incontinence care and Hoyer lift transfers
• Must have a valid driver’s license and insured automobile
• Ability to assist with mobility and client weight safely
• Compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable providing transportation and running errands
