Escrow Assistant​/Receptionist

Old Republic Title is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Escrow Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. This dual role position plays a vital part in ensuring smooth pre-closing processes and delivering exceptional front desk support. The ideal candidate will be organized, personable, and thrive in a professional, fast-paced environment. Position is in office Monday-Friday in St George

• Escrow & Pre-Closing Support:
  Process new escrow orders, including data entry into the system Verify tax certificates, legal descriptions, and surveys Obtain necessary documents such as signing authorizations, payoffs, and invoices Deliver title commitments to clients and other parties Receipt and disburse funds for closings Record legal documents and prepare final title policies Ensure files are complete and placed in audit order for scanning and compliance
• Reception & Office Support:
  Greet clients and visitors in a professional, welcoming manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls Coordinate occasional document deliveries Support escrow team with administrative tasks as needed Represent the company positively as the first point of contact for clients

• Prior experience in title, escrow, or real estate services preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong customer service orientation
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
