Civil and Excavation Estimator

B.H. Inc. is seeking a full‑time Civil and Excavation Senior Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates for earthwork and utility projects across our North Salt Lake, Ogden, or Saint George offices.

The role involves evaluating project plans and specifications, visiting sites, and collaborating with team members to build comprehensive estimates.

Compensation: $100,000 to $140,000 per year (depending on experience) paid weekly, plus benefits including health, vision, dental, life insurance, 401(k) with match, and PTO.

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a similar field (or equivalent construction experience).
• 5–10 years of estimating experience for earthwork, grading, or underground projects.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and owners.
• Willingness to learn estimating processes including bid invitations, takeoffs, estimating software, plan and specification review.
• Experience with Excel, Word, Bluebeam, Planswift, TBC, Agtek, and Estimate (B2W).
