This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in St. George, UT. The Production Director, Assistant Program Director, On‑Air role involves overseeing production activities, including commercials and imaging, and delivering engaging on‑air content. Key responsibilities include planning and managing productions, maintaining quality standards, coordinating with team members, and ensuring effective execution of programming strategies. Additionally, this role requires strategic contributions to programming and hands‑on involvement in day‑to‑day operations.

• Strong expertise in sound editing software (Adobe Audition, Audio Vault, or the equivalent)
• Experience with Zetta, RCS, Wide Orbit, or Music Master
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and collaborate cross‑departmentally
• Familiarity with the broadcasting industry and a passion for creating high‑quality, engaging on‑air content
