Job Duties
As a Crew Scheduler, you will perform various technical crew scheduling functions and activities.
- Provide scheduling support to Pilots and Flight Attendants
- Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously with heavy phone call and chat volume
- Monitor/ensure compliance with crew member legalities
- Make calls to crew members notifying them of schedule changes
- Communicate and problem solve with other departments to provide an efficient operation

- Exceptional customer service skills
- Desktop PC/Computer experience required
- Ability to multi‑task and prioritize in a changing and fast‑paced environment
- Able to work independently and as part of a team

- Outstanding listening and critical thinking skills
- People oriented with a positive and cooperative attitude
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule (weekends, holidays, early mornings, afternoons, and graveyard shifts)
- A desire to learn and a commitment to professional development
- Demonstrated stable work history with reliable attendance
- Provide a one‑year commitment to the position
- Call center or related experience a plus
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Class date of Feb 2nd, 2026
- Sitting at a computer for extended periods of time
- Must have not received a regret for the same position in the last 90 days. Applications are only considered every 90 days
- This job is not remote. Candidates must reside near or relocate to St. George, UT by the start of class.
