About the role
Join our dynamic team! We're on the lookout for a fun, motivated, and customer-oriented individual to be part of our crew. As a customer service representative, you'll be the voice of our organization, providing excellent service to our members via phone, email, and chat. Come be a part of something exciting!
What you'll do
- Respond to member requests and questions in a timely and efficient manner.
- Resolve member issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide excellent customer service to members via phone, email, and chat.
- Act with a sense of urgency to address member needs.
- Create positive and innovative solutions that enhance the member experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Able to type 45 words per minute.
