A well-established real estate development firm with a strong footprint in residential and mixed-use projects is seeking an Architectural Draftsperson to join their in-house design team. The company is known for delivering thoughtfully designed communities, high-end residential projects, and urban developments with a strong emphasis on quality, detail, and long-term value.

This role will support the architectural and development teams through the preparation of design drawings and construction documents, working with a high level of autonomy while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders.

• Produce accurate architectural drawings, layouts, and details based on design direction
• Develop full construction document sets and prepare materials for municipal submittals
• Execute moderately complex drafting and design tasks using sound judgment and initiative
• Coordinate drawings and documentation with construction and project teams
• Support bidding and construction documentation processes
• Research and stay current on trends in residential and multi-family design

• Advanced proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD
  , Sketch Up
  , Enscape
  , and Microsoft Office
• Degree or certification in Architecture (or equivalent hands‑on experience)
• Minimum of 2+ years of architectural drafting or design experience
• Strong ability to read and interpret drawings across all disciplines
• Solid understanding of residential construction methods and detailing
• Familiarity with building codes, zoning, and regulatory requirements
• Clear communicator with strong collaboration and organizational skills
• Experience with commercial construction or codes is a plus
