Role Description

We are seeking a full-time board certified pathologist to join us in person in St. George, UT. General surgical pathology skills, along with subspecialty expertise in hematopathology is required. The job will include a subspecialized hematopathology sign-out (rotating with other hematopathologists), as well as general surgical pathology sign-out.

On-call responsibilities include: frozen section coverage, clinical laboratory coverage, and overnight/weekend call, rotating with other pathologists, but is relatively light. No autopsies.

Our highly-collaborative group of subspecialist pathologists will support the successful candidate. We are seeking a pathologist that enjoys the job, wants to be engaged in the group and practice, has a positive attitude, is flexible, seeks for improvement, and is comfortable with the coming digitization of our specialty.

Qualifications

• Board certified pathologist (AP/CP)
• Subspecialty expertise in hematopathology
• General surgical pathology skills
