Job DescriptionLooking for an individual with experience as a Mastercam CNC Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programming CNC machines using Mastercam software, with a focus on producing high-precision aerospace components. This role requires a proactive individual who can work efficiently in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
Requirements- Must be a U.S. person (Defined as: a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident (green card holder), or an individual who has been granted asylum or refugee status, in accordance with U.S. export control regulations such as ITAR and EAR.)
- High School Diploma.
- Mastercam experience.
- Willing to commute or relocate.
- Develop and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam for milling and turning operations.
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to create accurate CNC programs.
- Collaborate with machinists and engineers to determine the best machining strategies and tooling.
- Perform simulations and tests to ensure programs meet all specifications and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve programming and machining issues as they arise.
- Continuously improve processes to enhance productivity and reduce cycle times.
- Maintain detailed documentation of programming processes and revisions.
- Proven experience as a CNC Programmer with expertise in Mastercam.
- Strong understanding of machining processes and metalworking.
- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications.
- Proficient in CAD/CAM software and other relevant tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in the aerospace industry is highly preferred.
- Associate degree or technical certification in CNC programming or a related field is a plus.
- Full Time:
Monday-Friday 8am-6pm. - Overtime Pay.
