We are seeking a highly driven Product Manager with deep knowledge of lithium battery technology, golf cart systems, and the tire/wheel market. This role will oversee product strategy, lifecycle management, and cross-functional coordination for our tire, wheel, and Golf Cart Applications. The ideal candidate understands the unique demands of the golf cart and powersports industries and can translate market needs into innovative, reliable products.

• Product Strategy & Ownership
• Lead the product roadmap for all golf cart product lines, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
• Manage the full product lifecycle—from concept to launch to end-of-life decisions.
• Identify market gaps, analyze industry trends, and develop data-driven recommendations for new products.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales to define product positioning and messaging.
• Technical Expertise & Market Insight
• Apply deep understanding of lithium battery performance, charging systems, BMS integration, and golf cart power requirements.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on tire/wheel compatibility with electric drive systems and battery performance limitations.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and performance analysis across battery, tire, and wheel categories.
• Cross-Functional Leadership
• Partner closely with engineering to translate requirements into detailed product specifications.
• Work with suppliers and manufacturing teams to ensure quality, consistency, and production readiness.
• Provide product training and technical support to internal teams and key customers.
• Launch Execution & Support
• Drive go-to-market planning, including feature definition, pricing analysis, launch coordination, and product documentation.
• Gather post-launch feedback, monitor product performance, and implement continuous improvements.
• Support marketing with technical expertise for content creation, sales collateral, and customer education.

• 3–5+ years' experience in product management, product development, or technical program management.
• Strong understanding of lithium battery systems, BMS functionality, and EV power demands—preferably in golf carts or similar applications.
• Knowledge of tire/wheel specifications, load ratings, market demands, and performance standards.
• Ability to interpret technical data, conduct competitive research, and build business cases.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
