You are the architect of efficiency on our manufacturing floor. You won’t just be analyzing data; you will be transforming culture. Your mission is to eliminate waste, optimize flow, and empower our workforce to see problems as opportunities. From designing new production line layouts to facilitating collaborative Kaizen events, you will bridge the gap between engineering strategy and operational execution. • Strategy & Leadership:
  Oversee the implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles across the company. You will lead the charge on our SOAR System, ensuring projects are tracked, developed, and sustained for long‑term success.
• Kaizen Facilitation:
  Plan, coordinate, and execute Kaizen events. You will develop project charters, lead cross‑functional teams, and ensure that improvements result in tangible savings (quality, cost, lead time).
• Training & Development:
  Serve as the company’s primary Lean trainer. You will lead new employee onboarding for Lean concepts and provide ongoing coaching to staff, supervisors, and managers on waste evaluation and process improvement.
• Visual Management (MOS):
  Own the development of the Management Operating System (MOS). You will implement and improve Tier Boards, ensuring that visual management metrics are effectively used to drive daily performance.
• Process Optimization:
  Evaluate existing production lines and design layouts for new ones to facilitate optimal product flow. You will recommend machinery, tooling, and documentation changes to support efficiency.
• Data & Compliance:
  Analyze company metrics to identify trends and report progress to management. You will also support customer portal submissions and AS9100 audit improvements.
• Project Execution:
  Execute personal and team‑based improvement projects with specific annual savings targets.

• Legal:
  Must be able to pass a comprehensive criminal background check and drug screening. Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum (due to ITAR requirements).
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience:
  
  Demonstrated experience leading Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficiency with Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Root Cause Analysis, and Waste Evaluation techniques.
• Communication:
  Strong ability to present data to management and train production teams. You must be able to influence change at all levels of the organization.
• Systems:
  Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Certifications:
  
  Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (or higher) is highly preferred.
