Horrocks is seeking a Field Civil Engineer in St. George, UT, to take ownership of highway projects from start to finish. You will interpret design specs, coordinate change orders with the Resident Engineer, and support client relations while maintaining schedule and budget.
The role requires a BS in Civil Eng, EIT license, and 0-2 years of transportation experience; PE is a bonus. Proficiency in Auto Desk/Bentley and MS Office is expected; on-site work includes nights/weekends as needed.
