Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Job Type: Full-Time or Contract
Compensation: $75,000 – $95,000 per year
Location: In Person – Saint George, UT

We provide in-clinic, in-home ABA therapy and community-based supports using applied behavior analysis (ABA) to reduce behaviors associated with Autism Spectrum Disorder. • Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral and skill-based assessments.
• Use evaluation tools such as VB-MAPP, MAS, and Vineland-3.
• Develop individualized behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans.
• Supervise and train ABA technicians; monitor plan implementation and progress.
• Provide training to caregivers, parents, and technicians on ABA principles.
• Graph and analyze data; adjust strategies based on client progress.
• Generate and submit routine progress reports.

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with Utah LBA licensure.
• Experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Ability to conduct FBAs and write individualized behavior support plans.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Experience with children, teens, and young adults with autism.
• Resume and two references required.
