We are seeking a dedicated Dietary Aide to join our team at the Southern Utah Veterans Home. The Dietary Aide will assist in the preparation and serving of meals to our residents, ensuring that all dietary needs are met and that meals are served in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of meals according to dietary guidelines and restrictions
• Serve meals to residents in a courteous and professional manner
• Ensure that all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining the kitchen and dining areas
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff regarding dietary needs and preferences

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a food service setting preferred
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
