Location: St. George
Intermountain Health St George Regional Hospital in Utah seeks an Athletic Trainer to support a Sports Medicine Physician. You will assess injuries, develop rehab plans, supervise exercises, educate patients, and coordinate care.
You’ll also document treatments and assist with casts, splints, and wound care as part of routine duties. The ideal candidate holds current AT licensure, NATA certification, and BLS, with familiarity in databases, word processing, and internet use.
