- Help establish and grow physical therapy services at the new St. George clinic
- Active Physical Therapist license in Utah, or eligibility for licensure in the state
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment-planning abilities
- Comfort delivering hands-on, individualized outpatient rehabilitation care

- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary medical team
- A positive, patient-focused approach to care
- Full-Time Salary: 95, annually, depending on experience
- Part-Time Pay: 45-60/hour, depending on experience
- Annual compensation increases
- Additional bonus opportunities
- 401(k) retirement plan with up to 4% employer match
- Paid time off for full-time employees, negotiable based on experience
- Holiday benefits separate from PTO
- Continuing education reimbursement opportunities (negotiable)
- Opportunities for professional growth and advancement
- Consistent pay regardless of patient cancellations or no-shows
- Health insurance is not currently offered
- Clinic hours Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break and no Friday or weekend shifts
- Part-time schedules available, as flexible as one day per week
- Weekly team lunches and quarterly team outings
This position offers the chance to build a physical therapy program from the ground up at a new St. George clinic, with a four-day workweek, consistent compensation unaffected by cancellations or no-shows, and a practice culture centered on one-on-one patient care rather than productivity targets.
