Innovative Concrete, LLC is seeking a motivated and dynamic Bilingual Recruiter to join our growing team. You will attract top talent by utilizing your recruitment skills and bilingual communication.

Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr – $60,000.00/yr. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the company.
  • Develop and manage relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.
  • Create engaging job postings and utilize different platforms for sourcing candidates, including social media and job boards.
  • Conduct bilingual interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit for the company.
  • Facilitate the hiring process by coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications.
  • Onboard new hires through our EMS (Employee Management System).
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment metrics and candidate progress.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent.
  • Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote Innovative Concrete, LLC.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and engage with a diverse range of candidates.
  • Familiarity with different recruitment methods and tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment.
