This is a full-time, on-site Controller role based in St. George, UT. The Controller will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting operations, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance. Responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, monitoring financial performance, and preparing detailed analyses for strategic decision-making. The Controller will also work closely with leadership to optimize financial processes and support the company's operational and strategic objectives.

• Strong experience in accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting
• Proficiency in financial systems, data analysis, and reporting tools
• Knowledge of compliance standards and experience with audits
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred)
• Prior experience in the equipment rental, construction, or a related industry is a plus
