Job Description
-Manage Production Team
-Daily report of production plan (In Meetings)
-Weekly report of produced units (via email)
-Weekly report of WIP (Work in progress in meetings).
-Weekly report of rework units (in meetings)
-Daily scheduling of the production team (Home Base).
-Monthly calendar for additional tasks of the production team (i.e. Break room trash disposal, etc.)
-Report equipment failures (damaged or when it requires service, etc.)
-Monitor Nitrogen Inventory
-Coordinate/authorize vacations for the production team
-Monitor personal protective equipment (PPE) used by the team
-Return raw materials (Components and ingredients) to the warehouse
-Production Analysis (final numbers and production items)
-Raw material dispatch based on production batches in Fishbowl
-Update project payout (projects unrelated to generating profits, i.e. cleaning tanks, etc)
-Monthly meeting with production staff (communicating KPIs and achieved goals)
-Support QA in training production staff
-Ensure safety protocols are in place on the production floor
-Conduct hourly rounds to monitor production progress and provide assistance if needed
-Act as a substitute for all production roles, especially CIP and Filler
-Lockers inspection once a month with QA
-Verify proper use of PPE by the team
