Position Overview
Pediatric Nurse in the St. George area, providing home health services to medically complex children.
Responsibilities- Provide care and support to patients and families.
- Manage daily care for patients while adhering to clinical guidelines set by the provider.
- Log clinical notes daily within the EMR system (Kantime).
- Valid Practical (LPN) or Registered Nursing (RN) License in the State of Utah.
- Active BLS certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LPN or RN (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for patient locations.
LPN: $23 – $27/hr
RN: $30 – $36/hr
SchedulePart‑time / Full‑time, 10‑hour shifts.
