VIVE Adolescent Care is an inpatient acute stabilization facility. Our mission is to provide “in Crisis” youth with short‑term, innovative, individualized medical and clinical treatment while providing safety, stabilization, and renewed hope for patients and their families.

• Suicidal Ideation
• Depression
• Harming self or others
• Mental health crisis
• Severe anxiety
• Drug addiction and overdose

• Must physically be able to go up and down flights of stairs quickly, bend and twist, and lift 50 lbs.
• Assess clients’ illness and injuries.
• Medication management.
• Perform basic waived tests (i.e. blood draws, urine analysis, covid test, rapid strep, urine drug and pregnancy screens).
• Document progress notes, admission notes, and shift summaries in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with other staff, clients, and parents/guardians.
• Plan and implement nursing actions according to clients’ needs and formulate plan of care including discharge planning.
• Comply with Joint Commission, State, and infection control policies.

• RN license (Required).
• Nursing experience 1 year preferred; new RN graduates considered.
• Must be able to pass a pre‑employment drug test and background check.
• Can reliably commute to Saint George, UT 84770 or be willing to relocate before starting work.

• Job Type: Part‑Time, Full‑Time
• Pay:
  Starting at $35 per hour with a $4 per hour night shift differential.
• Shift: 6:30 pm‑6:30 am with rotating weekends.
