The Hourly Supervisor oversees daily operations, ensures profitability, maintains inventory, and leads a team to deliver exceptional service. This role requires strong leadership, operational knowledge, and a commitment to upholding company standards.

• Profitability & Operations Management: manage inventory costs by conducting daily, weekly, and monthly inventory inspections.
• Place and receive inventory truck orders to maintain proper stock levels.
• Maintain an updated list of all restaurant assets and oversee preventative maintenance of facilities and equipment in accordance with company standards.
• Interact with external vendors as required to ensure seamless operations.
• Ensure compliance with all cash handling, security procedures, and financial controls.

• Provide coaching and feedback to team members to enhance performance and maintain a positive work environment.
• Motivate and direct the team to exceed guest expectations with fast, accurate, and friendly service.
• Lead the team in efficient food preparation and sales to meet speed of service guidelines.
• Uphold all operational and brand standards to ensure a high‑quality customer experience.
• Consistently perform duties in alignment with company policies and procedures.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a restaurant or retail setting preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage inventory, analyze costs, and follow financial procedures.
• Excellent communication and team‑building skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable using computers, Excel, Word, etc.
• Current Serv Safe Certification preferred.
• Current SNHD Food Handler's Card required.
• Current TAM Card required.
