Feel Good Brands Corp is looking for a dedicated Baker to join our team at Einstein Bros. Bagels. You will help deliver fresh, high‑quality bagels and baked goods to our guests each day, starting early in the morning and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

As a Baker, you will produce our signature bagels and bakery items to exact standards while maintaining cleanliness and food safety protocols.

• Bake bagels and other baked goods to company recipes, procedures, and timelines.
• Ensure all products meet quality standards in appearance, freshness, and taste.
• Monitor and rotate baked goods and ingredients to minimize waste and maximize freshness.
• Maintain accurate baking logs and documentation.

• Follow SNHD (Southern Nevada Health District) food safety protocols and all relevant local, state and federal health codes.
• Keep baking area, ovens, utensils and storage clean and sanitized throughout shifts.
• Use PPE and follow all safety procedures to avoid burns, slips or other hazards.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning checklists and maintain required documentation.

• Communicate clearly and respectfully with shift leads, managers and fellow team members.
• Support the café team during peak periods with restocking, prepping or packaging when needed.
• Maintain a sense of urgency, focus and attention to detail throughout each shift.
• Be flexible and willing to assist with other store duties when required.

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must have a valid SNHD Food Handler’s Card (NV health card).
• Ability to work early morning shifts (typically starting between 2:00–4:00 AM).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Previous baking or food prep experience preferred, but not required.
