Pantry Cook at Entrada at Snow Canyon Country Club.
Join our culinary team and play a key role in delivering fresh, high-quality food to members and guests across multiple dining outlets—from restaurants and banquets to beverage carts and snack bars.
We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Pantry Cook who takes pride in preparation, presentation, and cleanliness. If you enjoy working with fresh ingredients in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
What You’ll Do- Prepare a variety of cold dishes including salads, appetizers, sandwich fillings, and other pantry items in line with production plans or forecasted needs
- Work efficiently with whole food products, minimizing waste wherever possible
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation in all prep and storage areas
- Communicate effectively with the Chef or Supervisor about equipment issues, shortages, or overages
- Receive, store, wrap, date, and rotate food products according to safety and freshness standards
- Requisition supplies and manage daily pantry inventory as needed
- Follow all safe food handling and work practices
- Perform other kitchen duties as assigned
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance
- High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and relevant kitchen experience
- At least 1–3 months of hands-on kitchen or pantry prep experience preferred
- Solid understanding of food safety, sanitation, and storage procedures
- Ability to read, speak, and understand English (as needed for safety, communication, and training)
- A collaborative attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality food
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Frequently uses hands, talks, hears, tastes, and smells during food prep
- Regularly walks and reaches; occasionally sits, kneels, crouches, or climbs
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. occasionally
- Frequently works near hot equipment and in warm conditions
- Occasionally exposed to cold storage, wet or humid environments, and cleaning chemicals
- Must be comfortable working in a moderate noise kitchen setting and occasionally outdoors
- Food Safety & Sanitation Training (required or willingness to complete upon hire)
