Join our Feel-Good Brand team as a Cook in a fast-paced, upbeat setting at Casa Blanca Resort. The position is a Non-Tipped role in the Food Service department. This role offers weekly pay and a range of benefits.

As a Cook, you will ensure guests receive fresh, flavorful meals served in a clean and safe environment, working closely with crew members to meet operational standards.

• Prepare all food items in accordance with company recipes, procedures, and food safety standards.
• Cook all food products to proper temperature and meet quality presentation standards.
• Monitor and restock ingredients and supplies throughout the shift to maintain efficient operation.

• Adhere to Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD) food safety requirements and all health codes.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and work environment, cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, surfaces, floors, and storage areas regularly.
• Follow guidelines for food storage, handling, and disposal.
• Wear necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety procedures to avoid hazards.
• Complete and document daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks and checklists.

• Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members, managers, and guests.
• Support the team during peak hours with flexibility, urgency, and a positive attitude.
• Maintain a sense of urgency while remaining focused and detail-oriented.

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must possess a valid Southern Nevada Health District Food Handler’s card.
• Valid TAM Card (alcohol awareness card) – specific locations only.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Prior kitchen, fast-food, or quick-service experience is a plus, but not required.
