As an Assistant Kitchen Manager, you'll help lead dining services that support resident health, comfort, and well-being while creating a positive dining experience for the veterans we proudly serve.

• Support daily kitchen and food service operations
• Help supervise, train, and support kitchen staff
• Assist with meal preparation and food service
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance
• Help provide an exceptional dining experience for residents

• Previous kitchen, dietary, or food service experience
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work weekends and assist with cooking duties
• Ability to pass required employment screenings
