Outside Sales Representative

$75,000–$95,000 Base Salary + Commission | Relocation Assistance Available

Prism Paint is looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to grow our business in Southern Utah. This is a full-time position based out of our St. George store.

We're looking for someone who knows how to build relationships, develop new business, and grow a sales territory. While experience in the paint industry is highly preferred, we're also interested in successful sales professionals from construction, building materials, and related industries.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys being out in the field, meeting customers, finding new opportunities, and building long-term business relationships.

• Develop new business and grow sales throughout Southern Utah
• Build and maintain relationships with painting contractors, builders, and commercial customers
• Identify and pursue new accounts through prospecting, networking, and jobsite visits
• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers
• Follow up on bids, projects, and sales opportunities
• Learn our products and provide customers with knowledgeable recommendations and solutions
• Work closely with store staff to ensure excellent customer service and support
• Take ownership of territory growth and sales performance

• Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or territory management
• Paint industry experience strongly preferred, but not required
• Experience selling to contractors, builders, or construction professionals is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business and grow sales
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory
• Valid driver's license
• Base salary of $75,000–$95,000 depending on experience, qualifications, and existing industry relationships
• Commission opportunities tied to sales performance and territory growth
