As a Foreman you are responsible for your crew’s production, safety, and quality of work while also planning day-to-day operations. You will supervise and direct field crew to complete projects in a timely manner. You will work daily with your crew installing single ply roofing (TPO, PVC, etc.). For this role candidates must be proficient in single ply roofing installations and possess the necessary leadership skills for this role.

• Work with all members of the crew to install single ply roofing, standing seam metal roofs, and/or other waterproofing applications
• Install membrane, layers of insulation, pipe boots, and other roofing components
• Use various hand and power tools such as heat welders, nail gun, saws, metal shears, etc.
• Load and unload materials onto or from pallets, trays, equipment
• Learn and follow our extensive safety policy at all times
• Set up fall restraint equipment and wear PPE
• Work at various jobsites in the surrounding area
• Assist in the shop or in other departments as needed

• 4+ years’ experience installing commercial flat‑roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, etc.)
• Has held a Foreman or similar supervisor position in the roofing trade
• Proficient with the installation of all roofing components and detail work (pipe boots, taper insulation, patches)
• Can communicate successfully with general contractors and management—verbal and written
• Able to train and mentor new employees
• Ability to read and interpret Blueprints
• Leadership skills—delegating, time management, quality control
• Can complete required paperwork, reports, and is comfortable with technology—iPads/apps
• Has a valid driver license
• Can pass a background check and meet job site requirements
