Heating and air conditioning experience, while not required, would be preferred. An EPA Type II license would be a huge bonus! A high school diploma or equivalent would also be beneficial.

This lead HVAC installation position typically works 8‑ to 10‑hour shifts, Monday through Friday.

You excel in residential and commercial installations, including heating and air conditioning systems and ductwork. You take pride in your work and always give your best effort, inspiring your team to do the same.
