As a Maintenance Technician at RAM, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our advanced manufacturing operations running safely and efficiently. You’ll perform a wide range of duties—from installing and troubleshooting equipment to conducting preventative maintenance and emergency repairs—using a variety of tools, meters, and material handling equipment. Your work ensures that both production and facility systems operate at peak performance, directly supporting our ability to deliver high‑quality aerospace components on time.

This hands‑on role requires strong problem‑solving skills, a commitment to safety, and a proactive approach to maintaining a clean, organized, and high‑functioning work environment.

• Preventative maintenance on equipment
• Light equipment repairs
• Plumbing install and repair
• Fabrication including welding, bending, and cutting a variety of materials
• Chemical and waste processing
• Assist with electrical hook up, repair, and diagnostics
• Plumbing system fabrication and repair
• Troubleshooting and servicing a variety of equipment
• HVAC servicing
• Rigging and material handling
• Chemical and waste experience and understanding for safe handling and processing

• Minimum 2 years of related work experience required.
• Must have personal tools to complete day to day tasks (specialized tools are provided by the company).
• Experience in reading and interpreting equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service work is required.
• Must have valid Driver’s License.
